Assalamu Alaikum,
Today August 17, 2019, Indonesia's
74th Independence Day.
Indonesia gained independence from
the Netherlands on 17 August 1945. On this occasion, we extend our warm wishes
and congratulations to Indonesian President Joko Widodo, all friends of the
Radio Republic of Indonesia (RRI) with Voice of Indonesia and including all
citizens of Indonesia, on behalf of our "Voice of Indonesia DXER's Forum
in Bangladesh".
We respectfully remember the national
heroes of Indonesia, for whose sacrifice Indonesia achieved great independence.
In this day, we wish all the People of Indonesia a long success. We know that
the relationship between Bangladesh and Indonesia is historic and friendly.
Bangladesh and Indonesia are tied to cultural bonds.
We would like to see more interaction
between the government and the citizens of Bangladesh and Indonesia. In the
future, we hope that the social, political, economic and cultural bridges
between Bangladesh and Indonesia will be richer, deeper and stronger. Both countries
will continue their cooperation in the future.
